IN’s Amazing Race – MPLS Food Edition

Last Thursday the IN crew took a few hours to celebrate summer & food. The theme: The Amazing Race – MPLS food edition. We were split into teams and each given a list of unique ingredients (Mexican themed) that could be found around Minneapolis. We had 3 hours to locate and gather everything on the list and get to Anita’s house. First team to arrive would be the winner. As an added element to this adventure – the team to best document their journey would also win a prize. Being the motivated and slightly very competitive bunch – the race was on!
