General Mills developed a gourmet line of thaw-and-serve dessert bars and brownies as a low-labor solution for foodservice operators who want to serve premium desserts. To launch the product, we developed the creative concept and drove trial and awareness through a full-surround paid social and media campaign supported with a free sample offer.
